Investing in the Next Generation Through Educational Partnerships
Through our Education Outreach Program, various members of our team work with colleges, universities and high schools to offer students mentorship and share industry insights. These visits are either hosted by us in the form of “lunch and learns,” or by our team visiting the institution to give guest lectures that connect real-world business practices and applications to class subject matter. Past topics include fundamentals on Lean Transformation and the importance of organizational structure and flexibility for management theory.
We are honored to contribute to students’ educations while giving our team members a platform to share their career experiences. We look forward to continued partnerships with schools across the country!

The Lift-Up Community is part of the Mitsubishi Electric Elevator & Escalator Division’s (EED) community outreach efforts. EED employee volunteers from California branches (with additional partnerships in the works at other branches nationwide) offer their mentorship and experience to college and university students.
